There's one event not to be missed along with all your parties and that is the Thames Jubilee Pagent on Sunday 3rd June. There are a range of hot spots along the river to spot the lady of the moment;

1. If you are an early bird head to one of the bridges; Waterloo, Battersea, Chelsea, Vauhaxhall or London Bridge will all be open.

2. The south side of the river by Tower Bridge has a large open area and will be open for great views.

3. Chelsea Embankment, next to the Royal Hospital should have a fantastic view and will have large screens displaying all the action.

Something For the Weekend...

This weekend we are taking inspiration from the amazing exhibition by Yayoi Kusama at the Tate Modern. Having worked with leading fashion and beauty brands such as Louis Vuitton and Lancome, Yayoi Kusama has become an industry favourite. Known for her signiture polka dot design this exhibition does not disappoint and it has even taken over some of the trees along the South Bank! It is definitely a must see!

Happy Pancake Day

Happy Pancake Day!

The style team are having a pancake party and I thought I would share with you our most secret recipie..The ingredents you need are.. 110g of plain flour, pinch of salt, 2 large eggs, 200ml of milk mixed with 75ml of water, caster sugar, lemon juice and lemon wedges.

Method; Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Then make a well in the centre and break those large eggs into it. After that its time to work those arms and give it a good whisk, (who needs yoga?!) While doing this add small quantities of your milk and water mix. Once you have used all your milk and water mix, use (this is the important bit) a rubber spatula to make sure its nice and smooth. To get your pan ready, heat it up and melt some butter..make sure the pan is nice and hot! Its then time to ladle your mix in, we usually find one ladel or two table spoons is the perfect ammount for a 20 cm pan. Then its time to get flipping!!
